PUPIL Parliament
What do we do?
School Parliament is led each week by Year 6 children. Every child in our schools is part of a mixed age group, who under the leadership of their Year 6 Parliament leader, discusses a range of topics, often but not exclusively linked to our school values.
The children discuss ideas at meetings that are reflective of issues raised in class, on the playground or the wider school community. We aim to provide members with the autonomy to make informed choices in school thereby developing their skills of communication, rationale and self-confidence.
